Went here for a NYE event next to legends and the staff were amazing! The rooms could be a little cleaner, but overall amazing
Great customer service front the front desk manager she's amazing thank you . The room is very nice love the look . Location is right off the highway and near places to eat .
Super friendly staff made checking in really simple! The room was so spacious, and very clean. It felt very safe and it’s located close to several gas stations and food places. The shower head was a little bit leaky, but that didn’t really affect my experience negatively. And I must say the walls are quite thin, you can easily hear what goes on in neighbouring rooms or outside, which is something to consider if you’re a light sleeper or if you’re going to be noisy. Overall though awesome place, I had a great experience staying here!
Great motel, very happy with it. Comfy beds and pillows, nice room. Looks like some people might live here and cook food out on the sidewalks because there are no kitchens inside the rooms. Oh well. Also, if you drive a car hauler, be very careful of the parking lot. It's uneven and you might get stuck!
My wife and I have been here a few weeks, as we are getting a new apartment. Everyone on the staff is fantastic- front desk,housekeeping and maintenance. They all go out of their way for you. I have a dog and they look forward to seeing her when we go out for a walk. I had lost my job, and they have been giving me leads when they hear about something. The staff doesn't just do there job, they care about people here!
This place will always be my go to!! The employees are always willing to help and to explain things in detail to you. Very friendly housekeeping . Always have a smile on their face. Red roof I consider family...and always will , thank you for making my stay comfortable and homely as possible....
My stay was very pleasant. The room was very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and welcoming. I had a small issue in the room, but I was impressed by how quickly the staff responded—within minutes, the supervisor, Kathy, and one of the employees, Iva Mateo, came to help. They were both very kind and professional and resolved the problem right away. This kind of customer service truly makes a difference. The rest of the stay was excellent. I would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel with confidence.
I was a little nervous to stay at this location due to it being in town and right next door to a bar. I must admit I’m glad I picked here for my stay. The staff there are extremely friendly and welcoming, especially Angel and Kimberly. It was always smile and welcoming greetings. The room was a great size for 3 kids and 2 pitbulls with cages and myself. The house keeping ladies are friendly as well. It was a pleasure staying here.
